Peter Singer, philosopher and author, will be speaking at a special charity fundraising dinner at the prestigious Gray’s Inn Hall in London addressing the topic Animals, Ethics and the Law.
Peter Singer is a Professor of Bioethics at Princeton University and Laureate Professor at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne. His book, Animal Liberation, was described by the Guardian as ‘probably the single most influential document in the history of recent movements concerned with animal welfare’.
The event will be Chaired by The Hon. Mr. Justice Singh, a High Court Judge who was previously a practicing barrister at Matrix Chambers specializing in human rights cases.
Ticket price £70 per person. Catering will be vegetarian/vegan.
